Bougainvillea bonsai

The Bougainvillea is named after the French navigator de Bougainville. This Bonsai version of decorative plant should be kept in direct sun for at least four hours per day. This Bougainvillea Bonsai may be placed outdoors when temperatures are consistently above sixty degrees Fahrenheit.

Your Bougainvillea Bonsai stands ten to sixteen inches tall and eight to twelve inches wide. Plant will bloom from April to September under ideal conditions.

If plants are moved from growing indoors to an outdoor location, they should initially be placed where they receive filtered sunlight, or morning sun and afternoon partial shade. Placing your plant directly into full hot sun may burn the leaves.
